The Carmen Suites are two suites of orchestral music drawn from the music of Georges Bizet's 1875 opera Carmen and compiled posthumously by his friend Ernest Guiraud. They adhere very closely to Bizet's orchestration. Les Toréadors – Theme from prelude to act 1 and Procession of the Toreadors from act 4: "Les voici! voici la quadrille des Toreros!". Suite No. 1 was published c. 1882.

The Pavane in F-sharp minor, Op. 50, is a short work by the French composer Gabriel Fauré written in 1887. It was originally a piano piece but is better known in Fauré's version for orchestra and optional chorus. It was first performed in Paris in 1888, becoming one of the composer's most popular works.

New World Symphony

The Symphony No. 9 in E minor, "From the New World", Op. 95, B. 178 (Czech: Symfonie č. 9 e moll "Z nového světa"), popularly known as the New World Symphony, was composed by Antonín Dvořák and premiered in New York City on 16 December 1893. It has been described as one of the most popular of all symphonies. Astronaut Neil Armstrong took a tape recording of the New World Symphony along during the Apollo 11 mission, the first Moon landing, in 1969.

Dr. Tebyani has received his Master’s degree in Orchestra Conducting at California State University, Northridge and finished his Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.

The Coriolan Overture (German: Coriolan-Ouvertüre or Ouvertüre zu Coriolan), Op. 62, is a composition written by Ludwig van Beethoven in 1807 for Heinrich Joseph von Collin's 1804 tragedy Coriolan.

Symphony No. 1

William Boyce’s eight symphonies are not only the most well known and most recorded of all his works, but are also probably amongst the most famous, most played and most loved of any English Baroque musical work. The first ‘royal’ work he composed was his Ode for His Majesty’s Birthday on 10th November 1755. This symphony was composed shortly afterwards and was first performed as the overture to the Ode for the New Year of 1756 ‘Hail, hail, auspicious day’ with words written by the poet laureate Colley Cibber (1671-1757).

The Second Bahá'í Congress took place in New York City in 1992 and featured this music by a host of Bahá'í musicians, including Seals & Crofts. The Universal House of Justice commissioned the music in praise of Bahá'u'lláh, on the 100th anniversary of his death.
